AutoRx Reports Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how XJoin LLC, doing business as AutoRx ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information through the AutoRx Reports mobile application (iOS and Android) and web-based daily financial reports (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Email address and password used to sign in via our authentication system. Note: self-registration is not available; accounts are provisioned after subscription.

Shop Credentials

Tekmetric API email and password that you provide to enable report generation from your shop management system.

Financial Data

Shop performance metrics retrieved from your Tekmetric account, including gross sales, repair order count, average repair order value, gross profit percentage, labor gross profit percentage, parts gross profit percentage, effective labor rate, and sold hours.

Device Tokens

Push notification tokens used to deliver report alerts to your mobile device. These tokens are refreshed each time you open the app and automatically expire after 90 days of inactivity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate and deliver your daily financial reports
  • Send push notifications, email, or SMS alerts when reports are ready
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Improve and maintain the Service

3. Data Retention

Raw Shop Data

Retained for fourteen (14) days from collection, then permanently and automatically deleted.

Device Tokens

Expire after 90 days of inactivity and are refreshed on each app launch.

Account Data

Retained while your subscription is active. Upon termination, credentials are permanently deleted and raw data is removed within 14 days, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Data Anonymization and Benchmarking

We may anonymize your shop data by removing all identifying information (shop name, location, credentials) and aggregate it with data from other users for industry benchmarking purposes. No individual shop will ever be identifiable in aggregated data. We will never sell or share your identifiable shop data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, authentication, data storage, and encryption
  • Expo: Push notification delivery to mobile devices
  • GoHighLevel: Email and SMS notification delivery
  • Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store your credit card information)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • TLS encryption for data in transit
  • AWS infrastructure with strict access controls
  • Automated encryption key rotation
  • Report links expire after 7 days

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. What We Do Not Collect

The AutoRx Reports app does NOT collect:

  • Location data (GPS or network-based)
  • Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, or similar)
  • Analytics or crash reporting data
  • Browsing history or app usage analytics
  • Contacts, photos, or other device data

8. Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@autorx.app with a verifiable request. Upon receiving your request:

  • Account credentials will be deleted immediately
  • Raw shop data will be deleted within 14 days
  • Previously anonymized and aggregated data may be retained as described in Section 4

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at support@autorx.app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
